• Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, certain used kitchenware or items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
